As a solo consultant, I'll be personally invested and dedicated to every bit of work as a Salesforce expert and all-around systems thinker.
Since 2021, my principles have driven how I approach Salesforce: with integrity, excellence, and a user-first mindset. I bring deep expertise in CPQ, automation, UX design, and permissions, along with years of experience leading projects that bridge strategy and execution.

From Amish Farm to Tech
My journey started in an off-grid Amish community, where problem-solving meant using your hands, your head, and a whole lot of creativity. From forecasting creek temperatures for refrigeration to managing seasonal production rhythms, I learned early how to think in systems, plan ahead, and work with purpose.
Going from no technology to a career in tech took grit, curiosity, and relentless learning. These qualities now guide how I deliver thoughtful, user-first projects.

Why the Name "Kawaii Cloud"?
"Kawaii" (かわいい) is the Japanese word for cute, and "Cloud" represents where I work every day with Salesforce.
I really enjoy traveling to Japan and hiking the beautiful mountains there. As seriously as I take my job and the technical architecture of Salesforce, I love to bring in cute aspects to keep it light-hearted when possible. It's important to me that we can both have fun while we do excellent work together!
