CPQ Overhaul

The existing sales process relied on one opportunity per year, making multi-year forecasting and reporting complex and error-prone. Redesigned the architecture to use a single opportunity across all years, restructured ARR/NARR logic, and shifted key metrics to pull from Contracts instead of Opportunities to enable accurate, scalable reporting.

Strikedeck Migration

With Strikedeck being decommissioned, core customer success workflows needed to be rebuilt natively in Salesforce. Recreated essential functionality using a combination of custom and standard objects, Flow automation, and dynamic layouts to preserve business continuity and improve long-term maintainability.

Data Migration

When a nonprofit organization transitioned from Raiser's Edge to SF Nonprofit Cloud, their next challenge was bringing years of volunteer data into the new system. As the Project Manager and Consultant, I led the phase-two migration, designing a data model using Person Accounts and light custom configuration and automation to accommodate their unique volunteer structure.

Commission Tracking

Commission calculations were manually tracked when multiple users helped on a single deal. Introduced Opportunity Splits and custom split types and logic to ensure accurate commission tracking across multiple roles and scenarios, resulting in cleaner reporting and compensation tracking automation.

Process Builder & Workflow to Flow Migrations

Legacy automation built in Process Builder and Workflow had errors and scaling problems. Analyzed existing logic, documented functionality, and rebuilt automation in Flow, improving performance, reducing errors, and aligning with Salesforce's long-term platform strategy.

Experience Cloud Implementation

A new customer portal was needed to streamline support requests and case visibility. Built in Experience Cloud using secure, role-based access and custom screen Flows for case creation and management, delivering a self-service experience that reduced support workload and improved customer engagement.

CPQ Implementation

An organization needed to launch a scalable quoting process with complex product structures and pricing logic. Implemented a CPQ catalog featuring bundles, lookup-based pricing, and tiered discounting. Rebate handling was integrated via custom development to meet specialized pricing needs.

Duplicate Management

Frequent data duplication was impacting reporting and outreach for a nonprofit. Designed a custom duplicate management system using NPSP tools, including tailored matching rules and validation strategies, resulting in cleaner Person Accounts and improved data across the org.

Quip Document Library

High team turnover led to knowledge gaps and inconsistencies in onboarding and daily support. Built a centralized Salesforce documentation library in Quip and paired it with in-app guidance for key features, supporting faster ramp-up, support, and consistent process adoption across teams.

Inventory Management System

Manual inventory tracking created delays and errors in stock reporting. Developed an automated system within Salesforce to monitor inventory levels, item movement, and storage locations, providing real-time visibility and reducing operational bottlenecks.
